About Candleberry

We started by building one or two houses a year. As we progressed, we discovered we had a number of strong points which set us aside from other smaller developers. We have the flexibility to purchase properties without the need to be tied rigidly to 'granted' planning consents - when coupled with a versatility in our treatment of individual sites and building this has become a dynamic factor.

Our success is due to offering good quality architectural design teamed with well produced traditional building construction. Design detailing is tailor made by our own 'hands-on' site teams which enables each house to be unique and gives your home a bespoke statement of which you can be proud.

In previous years we have partnered with other Scottish Borders construction firms. This is an important approach, as at Candleberry we strongly believe that employment where possible should be stimulated. This year for the first time we have collected all our partners within the Candleberry family.
